1. About YouTeacher

YouTeacher is an online job board and community platform operated by Four Shores LLC, connecting English and subject-matter teachers with schools and recruiters across China and the Asia-Pacific region. The platform aggregates publicly available job listings and provides tools for teachers to discover opportunities and for schools to reach qualified candidates.

2. Eligibility

By using YouTeacher, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use this platform in your jurisdiction. The platform is intended for individuals seeking or offering teaching employment, and for schools and recruiters posting teaching positions.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

YouTeacher reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Job Listings

YouTeacher aggregates job listings from third-party sources and may also host listings posted directly by schools and recruiters. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any listing. Users are responsible for verifying employment details directly with the employer or recruiter before accepting any position.

YouTeacher is not a recruitment agency and does not act as an intermediary in employment contracts. Any agreement made between a teacher and an employer is solely between those parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use YouTeacher to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Collect personal data from other users without consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

6. Content You Submit

By submitting content to YouTeacher (including profile information, reviews, or community posts), you grant YouTeacher a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

7. Third-Party Links and Platforms

YouTeacher may link to third-party websites, job boards, or employer sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of those external sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by YouTeacher — including the platform design, branding, written guides, and original tools — is the property of Four Shores LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Job listing content sourced from third parties remains the property of the respective originators.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

YouTeacher is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, the accuracy of job listings, or employment outcomes. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouTeacher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of employment opportunity, financial loss, or data loss.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Four Shores LLC is registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Any disputes arising from use of the platform will be resolved in good faith between the parties.
